Boycotting the Beverly Hills Hotel

After the Sultan of Brunei imposed Sharia law in his home country, Naomi helped the Feminist Majority Foundation develop a social action campaign to boycott his hotel properties around the world, including the Beverly Hills Hotel. The Feminist Majority got the ball rolling by moving its annual Global Women’s Rights Award to another location, and in short order stars including Ellen DeGeneres, Jay Leno and Richard Branson were joining the boycott call, creating international headlines.
